Following the ban on public activities in the Ashanti Region, the Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party(NPP) Mr. Bernard Antwi Boasiako aka Chairman Wontumi, has taken the party’s campaign to another level by interacting with churches and religious bodies.
The NPP Chairman has been visiting churches and religious gatherings over the past weeks, explaining the party’s policies and programmes to the congregations.
He has so far visited including New Israel Church of God and Redemption Victory Church in Kumasi where he was welcomed by a massive crowd of congregants who eagerly expressed their delights at the visit.
Chairman Wontumi in a separate address charged the congregants to keep praying for Ghana and the NPP for the country’s salvation.
He said the destiny hinged on the outcome of the December 7 elections.
