b.      List all the Factors affecting ripening of fruits and vegetables and explain any two. (9marks)

a.       Define Post-Harvest Technology (3marks)
b.      Give three examples of each of the following:
i.      chemicals that delays ripening
ii.    chemicals that hasten ripening
iii.  climacteric fruits
iv.  non climacteric fruits (12marks)

a.       Attempt to classify into groups the causes of post-harvest losses and name three example from each group. (10marks)
b.      What are the Post-Harvest Treatments to Minimize Produce Contamination and to Maximize Quality.(5marks)

a.       List the technologies of Reducing Post harvest losses. (12marks)
b.      State all the identified operations carried out prior to packaging(3marks)

a.       List and Briefly explain the categorization of the Types of Agricultural Processing. (9marks)
b.      What are the Challenges of processing crop produce?(6marks)
