1. Honourable Abas Ojoma has a well-equipped secondary school with both day and boarding facilities. Ojoma has no knowledge of school administration he therefore employed some persons to do that for him. Ojoma finds it difficult to evaluate the school’s financial commitments. In a way of solving the problem, Ojoma Google the internet where he read about Ratio Analysis. He is interested in it but does not know what it really entails and how to go about it.
As a specialist in educational administration, advise Ojoma on the benefit of ratio analysis and how best it can be used to manage the school finance. (30 marks)
2. State and explain four methods that can be used to evaluate secondary school teachers.
3. Hypothetically, a state government has approved a project of landscaping in the state college of education where you are the provost. The state commissioner of education requested that you send in the procedure of awarding the contract. Present your procedure in writing for peruse.
4. As an expert in school planning and administration, you have been invited by your community to help set up an international standard secondary school.
a. State four projects that you wish to embark on for the school to start.
b. Explain the sources of funding the projects.
