4) a) The commissioner of education in Lagos state is interested in the relationship between
the age of some schools and the annual maintenance cost spent on them. To determine
this relationship, four schools with 6,5,3, and 2 years old respectively were randomly selected and whose maintenance costs are N900,N800,N600,and N500 respectively per year. For the four schools, the commissioner is highly interested in knowing the Regression equation to be used for future expenses based on the age of the schools (7mks)

c) Differentiate between systematic and sequential sampling. (4mks)
5) a) What is the role of estimation in decision making. (3mks)
