EKSU Postpones 1st Semester Examination 2016/2017

The Management of Ekiti State University (EKSU) has graciously acceded to the plea of the Students of the University to postpone the first semester examinations for 2016/2017 academic session. The examinations expected to start on Monday, February 27, 2017 will now begin on Monday, March 6, 2017.
The Vice-Chancellor, Professor Samuel Oye Bandele who announced the decision was of the opinion that students would use the period to complete their registration and prepare well for the examinations. He noted that there would be no need for further postponement of the date for the examinations.
Prof. Bandele urged students to abide with the decision of the management and be law abiding.
The president of the Students Union, Mr. David Aridiogo commended the management for the decision and thanked the Vice-Chancellor for his fatherly role.
The Dean, Students Affairs, Prof. Wole Adebayo advised the students to be law abiding and complete their registration on time. He also commended the management team of the University led by Prof. Samuel Oye Bandele for giving the students a week of grace.
