The Joint Administration And Matriculation Board (JAMB), has urged the general public to disregard any information stating that it has commenced the sale of its application documents for 2017 UTME.
The board’s Head, Media and Information, Dr Fabian Benjamin, debunked the speculations in a statement made available to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) on Sunday in Lagos.
The Registrar of the examination body, Prof. Ishaq Oloyede, expressed disappointment with the development and calls on innocent Nigerians not to fall prey, he noted that JAMB has not commenced the sales of application documents as advertised by some unknown desperate individuals.
He added that they are putting finishing touches to innovation and changes to ease the challenges associated with the procedure of application, for the 2017 all Computer-Based Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).
He said they are looking forward to announcing the commencement of Sales very soon urging the public to visit the JAMB website for clarifications.
