4. How can a democratic government regulate the country’s media and also allow the freedom of the press at the same time? 17 Marks
5. Enumerate the four cardinal virtues of a journalist according to Plato. How can Nigerian journalists apply these virtues successfully in their practice? 17 Marks
6. a. What law can a government apply to guard against unwarranted abuse of citizens’ character? 7 Marks
