B)    THE WORD “COUNTRY” IS MORE UNIQUE IN USAGE UNDER THE INTERNATIONAL LAW AND IT GOES BEYOND THE BORDERS OF THE COMMON ENGLISH LANGUAGE USAGE. DISCUSS
2.   a. What are the three important sources of the rules of English Conflict of Laws as identified by Dicey and Moris?
 
b. Examine in details the sources of rules of Conflict of laws in Nigeria as identified by Professor Agbede
 
 
3.    With the aid of Judicial authority and the light of various expressions and views, critically expound the projection or understanding of the concept of “Statute of General Application”
 
4.    Conflict of Laws in the light of the present perception as gone through certain stages of development which can be examine in the light of the experiences of several continental countries. Discuss
 
5.      Write short notes on the following:
a. The LexFori: Theory of Conflict of Law
b. The LexCausae Theory of Conflicts of Law
c. The Via Media theory of Conflict of Law
 
6. Critically examine the English Principle of Renvoi, its problems and pertinent solutions.
