Question 1:
 
Define the ‘’term’’ decentralization.
‘’The concept of decentralization has several uses in the public service of developing countries, when employed in the context of public administrative system’’. Clarify this conceptual analysis. State the ideology behind the adoption of a decentralized form of administration in Nigeria.                                                                                                     30 marks
 
Question 2:
Deconcentration is a form of decentralization, how true is this assertion. What are the basic features of deconcentration?    And why is it necessary in dynamic democratic societies?

Question 3
Privatization is an economic exercise, what is the rationale behind its institution and how justifiable are these rational in view of the collapsing world economy.                     20 marks
 
Question 4:
Define the term LOCAL GOVERNMENT, what are the problems confronting local councils in Nigeria and as a public administrator, what solutions do you proffer for its solutions.
20 marks
 
Question 5:
What do you understand by the term ‘intergovernmental relations’? What constitutes its composition? Why is it a necessary tool in dynamic democracies?                           20 marks
