Define the term “Retirement’ .Distinguish between retirements from other movement out of the service.
Explain the causes that lead to early retirement.
Identify types of retirements and programmes that the Nigerian government have instituted to benefit those in retirement. 25marks

Tenure and turnover are identical concept, clarify this statement. Identify various forms of tenure. Why do organizations experience high level labor turnover.
Recognize and explain the methods of controlling turnover. 15 marks

What is the significance of management development in any organization. List the various methods used by organizations in their effort to develop its workforce. 15 marks

Define the term ‘Personnel Management’. List with brief notes its major functions in any organization. 15 marks

What do you understand by the term ‘Human Resource Planning’. List all the processes involved in human resource planning in a public organization. 15 marks
