b. Explain the importance of formal and informal organisation. (10 marks)
c. Planning is a process with steps but in practice the steps form an integral whole and constantly interact with one another. Discuss.                                                   (10 marks)
 

2. According to Luthans (1992) organisational behaviour involves the understanding, prediction and control of human behaviour and the factors, which interfere with the performance of people as members of an organisation. To support Luthans’s submission, discuss the components of organisation behaviour in a school environment.                         (20 marks)

3. Maslow’s theory is widely used in education. Present a critique on this theory.

4. A principal who is authoritarian in his leadership style would have his staff more committed to their duties. Do you agree? Discuss.                                                                                 (20 marks)
