Translate verses 1 – 4 of Sūratu n – Nisā’i into English and give a comprehensive exegesis of the verses.                                                                                      24 Marks
2.      Using verses 34 – 35 and 128 of Sūratu `n-Nisā’i, discuss the methods of resolving marital discord in Islam.                                                                                      23 Marks
 
3.      Write the original text of the Ᾱyah of Sūratu `n-Nisāi which emphasise salutation (salam); translate it into English and comment fully on it.                     23 Marks
 
4.      With the aid of relevant verses in  Sūratu `n-Nisāi , discuss both Şalātu `l-qaşri and Salātu `khawf.                                                                                        23 Marks
 
5.      In the light of Q4:138-143, discuss the features of a hypocrite and the consequences of hypocrisy on the society.                                                           23 Marks
