1a. i. Differentiate between agricultural development and rural development. (5marks)
ii. Explain five (5) institutional factors that are necessary for agricultural development.

c. i. State at least three (3) programme objectives of the International Fund for Agricultural Development

ii. Outline the four (4) contributions of IFAD towards Agricultural sector in Nigeria (8marks)

4. States any five (5) areas in which government of developing countries should use to explore and exploit
Technical Cooperation opportunities. (10marks)
5. Elaborate on the various programmes embarked upon by the River Basin Development Authorities in
Nigeria (10marks).
6. Expatiate on the modern agricultural scenario (10marks)
7a. Expatiate on the system of labour organization in Nigeria. (5marks)
b. Briefly explain the two different types of labour organizations. (5marks)
