Veep frustrated over Tamale Polytechnic students noise during speech

he Vice President, Mr Kwesi Bekoe Amissah-Arthur expressed his frustration at the weekend during a campaign speech at the Tamale Polytechnic as he was repeatedly interrupted by a section of students.
The Vice president mid-way through advising the students to make a wise choice by voting for the National Democratic Congress (NDC) at the December 7 polls paused and admonished the talkative group for repeatedly disrupting his speech.

The NDC running-mate said, “…I don’t know what it is that is so exciting that you are not listening to me and talking among yourselves, so I can hear people talking.”

The talkative group, it appears quietened down afterwards, allowing the Vice President to finish his speech.

In August, the Vice President expressed a similar frustration when the crowd at an NDC campaign rally did not respond vigorously to the NDC’s slogan of “Ey3 Zu” when he saluted them.

In his frustration, the Veep responded, “Mo mma me zu baako.”
