1)      In order to avert gambling, trials and errors and reduced guess work in an organization, a school of thought contends that management is the process of getting things down through people as a group instead of as an individual. Identify this school of thought and discuss

3)   Human needs are hierarchal and not misplaced because the innate curiosity to satisfy their need is ever growing in an ever changing world from the basic to satisfy higher ones. Discuss

4)   Conflict is inevitable as a result of human differences. Of course, this also have its bearing in media organization due to individual perception and varied perspective. In this vein, draw      an organizational conflict management strategy for an individual grievance that resulted   into collective grievance in a media establishment. (15marks)
 
5) Media organization is a commercial outfit; however, it is believed that media outfit derives its funds solely from advertisement. True or false? Clearly, give reasoned and well-constructed   argument about your thoughts. (15marks)
 
6) News by its very nature is time bound and this has made the job of media personnel to be very demanding. Departmentalization is pertinent in broadcast and print media for this type of task in order to attain organizational goal. Expatiate (15marks)
