(b) Discuss the relationship between population movement Linkages and service delivery linkages.

Q3. Identify and discuss at least five (5) factors that determine population movement (in flow and out flow). 20 Marks
Q4. Explain the view that a leader is an essential link between his staff and the rest of the organisation. 20 Marks
