Question 2: Discuss comprehensively the importance of Development planning (25 marks)
Question 3: A programme plan can be summarized to contain eight elements. Explain these elements (15 marks)
Question 4: What are the steps involved in strategic planning process? (3 marks each)
Question 5: Explain the basic steps that can assist and ensure that implementation is successful and the strategic plan is effective. (15 marks)
Question 6: Discuss project monitoring guide (status update/periodic review) (15 marks)
